Who says florals are just for spring and summer? When combined with the right color combination, pattern, and silhouette, florals can absolutely be included in your fall patterns. If anything, we encourage it! Wearing florals in darker hues is officially a trend. We are absolutely gushing over some of our florals. From maxis to tiered midis and tiered skirts, we have the must-have pieces of the season.
We are obsessed with this cranberry/raspberry mini dress. The entire skirt of the dress is made from rouching to ensure a snug and flattering look. The long sleeves give the dress a cooler weather feel and the floral pattern on this dress is perfection! The actual flowers on the dress are very small. Most of the pattern is made up of abstract vines and leaves, which makes it very appropriate for fall.
This dress is an ideal fall floral piece because of its rich color. Rust is such a tried and true color of a fall palette; the size of the flowers doesn’t seem to take away the true season of this piece. The tiered skirt gives the dress volume and texture to add complexity.
The floral pattern on these two dresses is one of my favorites we have gotten in so far. It encompasses a variety of teeny tiny flowers that range from white, yellow, orange, and red. The flowers are so small they almost look like stars forming stripes along the two different dresses. This effect gives the dresses a less obvious floral and feminine look.
