How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition.
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
Free gifts, flash sale, sale, promotional items & accessories are NOT returnable
Are there any charges for a return?
- We will provide you with a return label and deduct $5.95 from your return upon receipt. You have the option of returning the item at your own expense as well, as long as an authorization has been issued via the return center.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How soon will I get my store credit?
- Upon receipt of your return, you will receive an email notificiation indicating the item was received.
- A store credit will be issued via email within 2 to 3 business days.
If I am requesting an exchange, how soon will I get the exchange and will I be charged for shipping the exchange out?
- Upon receipt of your return, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your exchange item to ship. You will be notified via email that the exchanged item has shipped along with tracking information.
- We will, as a courtesy, cover the shipping expenses associated with shipping the exchange to you one time only.
